Is it stuffing or dressing?
All I know is, this is very tasty stuff.
Gluten Free Stuffing Recipe
4 cups gluten free garlic croutons
1 stick butter or Earth Balance, melted
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
About 2 cups chicken stock
Melt one stick butter in an 8×8″ pan (my oven was already on, so it was easiest to just melt it directly in the pan I planned on using for the dressing). Add about 4 cups of garlic croutons. Toss to coat in the melted butter. Add celery and onion. Toss more then pour about 2 cups chicken stock over mixture, slowly. Let the stock soak into the croutons a bit. Cover pan and bake for about 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove cover from pan and bake 5 minutes longer to get the top toasty and crunchy.
