Let me just say right now, I know this photo is not good. A red hand pops up in the preview screen of my camera when a photo is out of focus or just plain bad. There are days when I can’t manage to take ONE decent picture.
Gluten Free Registry™ and Bob’s Red Mill™ are excited to announce their gluten-free recipe contest! The contest is open to the first 100 qualifying restaurants/retail bakeries that register by June 30, 2010 at www.glutenfreeregistry.com/contest-signup.jsp. Participating restaurants/retail bakeries will be given Bob’s Red Mill™ products to create a new gluten-free dish for their menu. Dishes to fall into at least one of these categories: Main Dish, Soup, Salad, Side, Appetizer, Dessert or Breakfast. Restaurants/retail bakeries will submit for publishing a copy of their recipe along with a photo of their entry to firstname.lastname@example.org. The restaurants/retail bakeries will offer their signature dish on the menu from July 15th thru August 14th.
Customers will be able to go to www.glutenfreeregistry.com/contest.do to place their votes July 15th thru August 14th. First, second and third place winners will be selected. Votes are limited to one voter IP address per business per day. In the event of a tie in votes Bob’s Red Mill will choose the winner. The winning restaurants / retail bakeries will receive 150 lbs of Bob’s Red Mill™ products of their choice for first place, 100 lbs for second place and 50 lbs for third.
