I know it’s early, but

Who’s ready to start baking for the holidays?

Nothing says “too soon” like a gingerbread pyramid in August.

If you like sweets, you’ll want to plan ahead for the gluten free desserts class on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at Kitchen Conservatory. Learn how to make a flaky gluten free crust for pumpkin pie, vanilla layer cake, gingerbread cookies, plus the technique/dough prep for the ultimate chocolate chip cookies. Classes tend to sell out, so don’t delay in signing up early if you want to attend.

Ready to make really great gluten free bread? Let’s bake together in September!

The next gluten free bread class at Kitchen Conservatory is on Sunday, September 15, 2013. We’ll make gluten free artisan breads, including focaccia, baguettes, and pita bread.  As an added bonus, this hands-on class will learn how to make English muffins and pizza crust.

To sign up or to purchase a gift certificate for either class, please visit the Kitchen Conservatory.

It’s never too early for pie. Makes a great breakfast.
