Speaking of Red Hot Riplets, here’s the simplest way to make flavorful oven-baked chicken. Coat chicken with a thin layer of mayonnaise, cover with crushed chips, and bake (until center reaches 165ºF). Cook time will vary depending on the size, but nuggets take about 25 minutes in a 375º oven.
