Here’s a seasonal take on a favorite gluten free bread recipe. These gluten free rolls would be great for your turkey day dinner. Use any leftover rolls for sandwiches after the big day.
To make the rolls, I substituted 2/3 cup pumpkin puree in place of the mashed potatoes in this gluten free roll recipe. I added 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, too. Purely optional. That tiny bit of cinnamon adds just a hint of pumpkin spice.
